The position also includes supervising 10 to 15 individuals from the Medical Billing Department. Duties and Responsibilities. Needs to have good familiarization understanding and usage of EMRs Software and Practice mates. Need to know how to do Credentialing and Enrollment for doctors to a new billing Company. Keep in check timely filling of claims. Correspondence with doctors staff for proper documentation and complete. Coding of diagnostic and procedures according to recent laws ICD 10 included. Capability to appealing against dead claims. Over seeing teams for AR teams and data entry team making sure the cycle never exceeds 60-90. Skills Required. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Punctual and professional. Team leader qualities able to lead a team of 10 individuals. Ability to trouble shoot various scenarios applicable to the job. Familiarity with the EMRs Software. Credentialing and Enrollment of doctors. Familiarity with Medical Coding for the purpose of diagnostics and various medical procedures.
