Job Responsibilities: 1 Facilitate the passengers by giving them proper information and guidance about our services. 2 Providing information relates to fare details, tours, schedules, meals, and other important issues to customers by use of telephone and other communication media. 3 Monitoring and implementation of company policies. 4 Contact passengers through telephone conversation and back them up with reservation software on computers. 5 Work on schedules that vary greatly with shifts that ensure that the agency’s offices are open 24 hours a day. 6Giving answers to enquiries by passengers and advising them accordingly regarding bookings and reservations. 7Assisting customers who encounter problems in obtaining booking or operating self service equipment. 8Walking around with clients and ensuring that they secure whatever services they are in need of. 9Ensuring that clients have access to various services without a hitch. 10Getting information about areas of interest in order to target more clients in particular seasons. 11Making arrangements for clients’ travel programs. 12Helping clients to fill in reservation forms. 13Managing staff. 14 Supervise the work of support staff (Booking Officers, Cashiers) and monitor all the activities taking place at the terminal. 15To take the initiative in developing policies to meet passenger’s needs by building a relationship and requesting them for feed back and try to see things from their point of view. 16Managing passenger’s complaints / suggestions and delivering relevant recommendations. 17Dealing accident cases and making self decisions to control the tough situations. 18Dealing brake down cases. 19 Preparation of Monthly duty Roasters for staff. 06) Doing diffrent kinds of activities and expo.
