Title Required Tour Consultant
Location Karachi
Job Description Salary period: Monthly Job Description Make packages (excursions on demand for clients) Ability to develop packages for Holidays, honeymoons, leisure, business travel etc. Developing complete domestic and international tour packages by suggesting interesting travel routes or places of interest to clients. Checking tickets and other relevant documents (passport), seat allocations and any special requirements. Communicating a range of information on itineraries, destinations and culture; informing passengers of arrival and departure times at each destination on the itinerary. Providing practical support throughout the trip. Advising about facilities, such as sights, restaurants and shops, at each destination. Deciding how many holidays to sell each season and the resorts/countries to use. Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets. Ensure proper timely follow-ups with vendors Job Specification Must have experience in dealing in Tours Must have experience in developing Tour Packages Must have sound knowledge of different routes. Knowledge of ticketing and experience with GDS System. Must have experience of dealing with client’s queries and customer relationship. Must have knowledge about Visa processes or solving immigration issues. Should have personal contacts with vendors, suppliers, hotels, coach companies, restaurants, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps. Please apply by replying to this ad with your CV attached.
