Job Description	• Template creation and maintenance • Must know DNN • Must know CMS • Automation troubleshooting • Working with software engineering to develop improvements of production and delivery techniques • Ensuring the daily production goals for publishing templates are achieved • Liaising with the creative and content teams to explain technical tools and protocols • Serving as the lead on key technical production projects and tasks ensuring that the technical aspects of templates and content meet specifications • Analyzing requirements of client, editors and designers and reconciling them with the technical requirements for publishing • In collaboration with IT, troubleshoot technical production problems providing quick diagnosis and resolution of such problems • Participating in the technical analysis and evaluation of new technologies, products and product enhancements • Anticipate and avoid common problems and solve problems independently when they arise
