BLADES sharpminds presents

Zamzama Mall, located on main Fashion street of Zamzama, is an ideal opportunity to exhibit your products, especially during the upcoming season of EID. With this view in mind, the last 5 (or 6) days of Ramadan have been organized into ‘Zamzama Shopping Festival 2014’ which will be marketed through both BTL and ATL activities.

Details of event:-
On first day there will be a Fashion presentation of approximately 20 mins, as a launch of the exhibition, with clothes/accessories chosen from participating designers. Media and PR will be undertaken by Catwalk (Freiha Altaf). Guests will include Celebrities from Fashion and Drama industry along with the designers’ guests and walkins.

Following days will be open for public from 8pm onwards till midnight. LED lights, Sky Beam, Fairy lights will create ambiance and music will be played to attract customers. There will be Branding at the parking area announcing the exhibition dates on the pylons. Structures / walkway with Eid ambiance to be created at both entrances.

There will be SMS casting, an active facebook page and print/media coverage.

Participation details:-
There are two options for participation:-

1. OPTION ‘A’ Stall: Each designer will be provided a rack to display their product. The approximate area allotted to each designer will be 4’ x 5’. The cost for 5 days inclusive of the fashion presentation is Rs.20000/-

2. OPTION ‘B’ Shop: If you wish to rent a shop, (approximately 12’ x 18’), cost for 5 days inclusive of the fashion presentation will be Rs.30000. One rack will be provided, additional items such as shelves, racks, mannequins may be brought in by the participants themselves.

Note: For booking, full amount must be paid in advance.
