Time:-Day 1 :- 8 am to 7 pm
Day 2 :- 8 am to 7pm
Day 3:- 8 am to 7pm
Day 4:- 3 pm to 7 pm

and you have to take out a print of that form and fill it and submit it to any one of the following organizers and the numbers are given below

Each group will comprise of 5 teams. The top 2 teams of a group will advance to the next Round.

Rules and regulations:-
Format: Before the knockout round, there will be a group stage.
Match Duration: Group stages: 8 mins half with 2 min rest without penalty shootout.
Draw:- 1 point
Win:- 3 point
Loss:- 0 point
Match Duration:Round 16/ Quarter Final :- 10 mins half with 2 mins rest
if the match is tied after full time so there will be a penalty shootout 3 penalties will be taken from each team
if the 3 Penalties got tied so there will be a sudden death penalty the team scores that will be the winner of the match
3 players name will be taken who will take the penalty
Match Duration:- Semi Final / Final:-15 mins half with 2 mins rest
if the match is tied after full time so there will be a penalty shootout 3 penalties will be taken from each team

Squads:- Teams can have 6 players on field and total of
10 players in squad
Substitutes: A team can have 4 subs on the bench and Rolling substitution method will be followed.
One player can only play for one team.
. The decision of the Referees and the Officials will be final.
. Team players are requested to wear same color kits.
. Teams are advised to report to the venue half an hour before kickoff time, if at least 5 members are not present at kickoff time, a walkover will be awarded in favor of the other team. The grace time to wait after the kickoff time for the players is 5 mins,
. Red cards and yellow cars will be shown, and players will not argue against such decisions.
RED CARDS WILL BE SHOWN FOR:
1. Extremely foul play.
2. Strong or abusive language.
3. Violent conduct.
4. Second yellow card.
5. Deliberate handballs.
6. Disrespecting the officials/referees.
YELLOW CARDS WILL BE SHOWN FOR:
1. Ungentlemanly conduct.
2. Showing dissent to the ref’s decision.
3. Continuously infringing the Laws of the Game.
4. A substitute enters before the player he is substituting leaves the pitch.
. Arms/Private Guards are not allowed inside the premises.
. Captains of teams are requested to make their team members aware of these rules and regulations.
Violation of these rules and regulations will result in consequences for the team.
. You will not be allowed to play unless you have paid the complete entry fees.
