well if you read the rules again bhai you will understand.

Your quotes topic was just bunch of copying pasting quotes in every new reply.. so ideally it could be considered as spamming without much user interaction. hence it was not adding value to the forum.

and the topics you have mentioned above check them in detail, there are discussions and user contribution happening in the topic.

And yes we do leave such topics for sometime if the users start spamming too much, we close/delete the topics.
