The largest mobile phone company named QMobile’s ad has been banned by PEMRA and PEMRA issued a notice against that ad. PEMRA claims the ad of QMobile E1 is very unethical in which Fahad Mustafa is shown as a model. During the monitoring, it has been observed that the ad is not according to the standards of ethics of our society. This ad is violating the rules and regulation of PEMRA. Therefore, according to Article 27 of PEMRA Ordinance 2002, this is not acceptable and is totally banned from 06:00 pm, 10 June 2017. If anyone private channel found violating the notification by PEMRA then according to PEMRA Ordinance 2002 Article 29 and 30, PEMRA will take strict action against that channel.
