Let me put it this way.

for example

there is a house and father takes all responsibilities of home. he cooks food earns money by doing job washes clothes etc all work

can he do it ?
answer is NO No way

so divisions make the duty more easy.

similarly if our home Pakistan is distributed in provinces it will give us advantage to better govern our country.

People will have more freedom more jobs and everything.

there has to be more provinces.

America has so many provinces they are governing each state with full authority
