9. There should be grand quiz at least once in a month whose prize should be Rs.1000 card.
10. There should be a forum named "USERS DEMAND" in which the users can request the admin for the files they are searching for (e.g. Songs, softwares, games etc) and the admin should try to find links for them. This can also draw the attention of the existing users.
I hope you would ponder over my suggestions and try to implement them.
