Recipe for Mango and Peach Cream
Ingredients
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup milk
Cooking Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth and airy.
Garnish with slices of peach, mango and mint leaves
