Recipe for Chicken Manchurian


  • Chicken (Boneless)-1/2 kg (Cut into cubes)
  • Onion-1 (Un cook, Blended)
  • Tomato Sauce-1/2 cup
  • Pineapple Juice-1/2 cup
  • Salt- As required
  • White Vinegar-2tbsp
  • White Pepper (Ground)-1tsp
  • Ginger/Garlic paste-1tbsp
  • Sugar-1tsp
  • Pineapple (cubes)-6
  • Corn Flour-2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce-2tbsp
  • Flour (Already mix with chicken cube)-1tbsp
  • Oil-2tbsp

Cooking Directions

First of all take chicken, Put soya sauce, salt, sugar, white vinegar, cornflour. Mix well n leave it for 1/2 an hour.

Take a Manchurian hot plate put it over slow flame.
After that take a cooking bowl,Put oil, garlic/ginger paste n cook it.

Then add onion, cook it until it become golden brown.

Now add tomato sauce, white pepper, pineapple juice and cook it to prepare sauce.

Take another frying pan, stir fry the chicken and put it into sauce.

Cook it for a while then add pine apple cubes and cornflour (Take some quantity of water and dissolve cornflour in it, use dis water as a corn flour) add flour as well and stir the spoon fast.

When sauce is getting thick then manchurian is ready.

Now put all manchurian in hot plate and serve it.
