Recipe for Dry Fruit Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dates
  • 4 Figs (soaked)
  • '' cup Almonds (soaked, peeled)
  • '' cup Pistachios (peeled)
  • '' cup Cashews
  • 5 Currants/ prunes
  • 1 cup skimmed milk/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream
  • 2-3 tbsps Honey
  • Pinch of Cardamom

Cooking Directions

Add all the ingredients into the blender jar and blend well.

Sprinkle cardamom powder and serve chilled or warm.

You can also make a dry nut powder and add it with fig, dates and milk whenever required.

Tasty dry fruit milkshake ready to serve.
