• 1 kilo Chicken boneless cubed
  • 5 tsps Oil
  • 5 tsps Butter
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 5 Cinnamon 1 inch stick
  • 6 cloves
  • 10 Green cardamom
  • 3/4 cup Onions
  • 6 tbsps Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsps Red chili flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 2/3 cup Cream
  • 6 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Mace powder
  • 1 tsp mint leaves

Cooking Directions

Heat the oil and butter in a pan. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom and saute’ over medium heat until they begin to crackle

Add the onions and saute’ for a few minutes.

Add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric,red chili powder, salt and almond paste and cook over medium heat for 10 mins until the oil separates from the mixture

Add the chicken, stir and cook over medium heat for 15 mins. Add cream, green chilies and mace powder

Sprinkle with fresh mint leaves,cover and seal lid with dough. Let the chicken simmer over very low heat for 5mins
Serve hot with bread
