Recipe for Best Chilli Chicken


  • ½ kg Chicken bones
  • 250 gm Green chilies
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 3-4 Talhar chilies
  • 1-2 Spring onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp add 3-4 sliced talhar chili and fry till they begin to sizzle.

Remove the chili .In the same pan add 1 tbsp chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and ½ kg chicken then fry for 2-3 minutes on high flame till the oil forms a separate layer on top.

Now add 125gms of sliced green chilies and fry again for 1-2 minutes on a high flame.

Then add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce, 1 cup stalk, ½ tsp black pepper and salt to taste, cook on a low flame.

When the mixture starts drying add fried talhar chili slices and dish out. Garnished it with 1-2 spring onion leaves and serve it.
