Recipe for Special roll


  • 2 Cups of chicken boiled and ground.
  • 1 cabbage (cut in thin stripes).
  • 2 carrots (cut in thin stripes).
  • 2 capsicums (cut in thin stripes).
  • 2 boiled eggs (diced).
  • Salt as needed.
  • Half Teaspoon of Black pepper.
  • Red chillies as needed.
  • Half tablespoon oil.
  • Ready made roll wrapper.
  • White flour (maida) thick paste with water.

Cooking Directions

Add half table spoon oil in a pan and heat boiled chicken , cabbage , carrots , capsicums on high flame for 30 sec to 1 minute by adding salt, black pepper and red chillies.

Mix boiled and diced eggs when the mixture cools down.

Now wrap the mixture in the roll paper and seal with the help of white flour paste. Freeze them.

Deep fry the freeze rolls until golden brown.
Serve with ketchup or chatni.
