• Cottage cheese 200 gm
• Butter 2 tbsp
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp
• Vegetable stock 1 cup
• Cheese, grated 50 gm
• Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp
• Capsico sauce 1 tsp
• Sauce 1/2 tsp
• Sugar 1/2 tsp
• Salt a pinch

Cut the cottage cheese into small cubes and keep aside.
Melt the butter. Fry the flour for 1 minute.

Add the vegetable stock to it along with the ajinomoto, stirring continuously till it thickens in consistency.

Add half of the grated cheese, salt and the sauces to it, along with the sugar and cottage cheese cubes.
Pour into a pie dish.

Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese over it.
Top with the breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
