Recipe for Fish Biscuit

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets 300 gm
  • Plain flour for dusting 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Plain flour for batter 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Cut fish into square pieces. In a bowl, mix plain flour, corn flour, beaten egg, salt to taste and black pepper.

Beat together all these ingredients until it forms a batter of desired consistency.

Coat fish pieces in flour and dip in the batter. Heat oil in a wok and fry fish pieces. Fish Biscuits are ready to serve.
