Recipe for Reshmi Kebab

Ingredients

  • ½ kg chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsp Gram/chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 6 green chilli
  • 1/3 bunch coriander
  • 4 tbsp milk powder

  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 3tbsp coconut
  • 1 piece coal

Cooking Directions

Mix all ingredients in the chopper except coal. Then put it in refrigerator for 1 hour.

The mixture should be cold enough to make seekh kabab.

Use a skewer to make kabab. Cook it for a short time on flame (stove).

When they are half done take the shape of seekh kabab take it off or put in oven at 250c for 15 min.

Put kabab in fry pan pour ½ cup of water, cover it and then cook it for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Put burning coal on the bread placed in pan, pour some oil on it and then cover it for 2 minutes. Serve with naan, salad and raita.
