Recipe for Chicken Kabiraji Cutlet


  • Chicken breasts (boneless)- 2 (250 grams)
  • Onion- 1
  • Ginger- 1 inch
  • Garlic- 6 pods
  • Green chillies- 2
  • Lemon juice- 1tbsp
  • Cumin powder- 1tsp
  • Eggs- 4 (beaten)
  • Breadcrumbs- 1 cup
  • Oil- 4tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste

Cooking Directions

Grind onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies into a thick paste.

Marinate the chicken breasts with this paste. Sprinkle lemon juice on the chicken pieces.

Also add salt and cumin powder. Now allow the chicken to get marinated for 30 to 45 minutes.After this time period, heat oil in a deep bottomed pan.

Whisk the eggs with a bit of salt. Dip the marinated chicken breasts in the egg and roll them in bread crumbs.

When the oil is steaming, place the chicken cutlets in the pan and lower the flame.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until both sides become golden brown.
