Recipe for Dates and Dry Fruits Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits ( almonds, cashew nuts, raisins )
  • 2 to 3 tsp. ghee
  • 1 tsp. cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup dried coconut powder
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds to roll laddus

Cooking Directions

Dry roast poppy seeds and keep it a side.

Place 1 tsp. ghee in a pan and roast the dry fruits and once they cool make coarse powder of it and set aside.

Fry the chopped dates too and make coarse powder.

Mix all the ingredients and make laddus of them.

Once all the laddus are made roll them in roasted poppy seeds and enjoy.
