• 2 eggs
• 10 tsps (less or more- to taste) Sugar
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• I would say about 2/3rd cups OR MORE low fat milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 6-8 slices of white milky bread
• (sum oil or butter to fry the bread in)

Beat together egg, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla.

Heat a lightly oiled fry pan over medium-high flame.

Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides.

Place in pan, and cook on both sides until golden.
Serve hot.enjoy!!!
