Recipe for Prawn Kofta

Ingredients

  • Prawn ½ kg
  • Egg 4
  • Coriander 6 spoon
  • Clove 5
  • Dalchinni 1 piece
  • Coriander 1 spoon
  • Onion 4
  • Green chili: 6
  • Coriander leaves: ½ bundle
  • Oil: 100gms
  • Turmeric : ½ spoon
  • Salt according to taste

Cooking Directions

Remove the husk of onion, and cut in to small pieces.

Break the eggs and have the juice in another vessel, and keep it, cut the green chilies.

Put some oil in a pan and roast clove, dalchinni, coriander seed, cut the coriander leaves into small pieces.

Remove the husk of the prawn and clean it in good water, and put it in the blender, grinding, green chili, coriander, onion, egg, grainded prawn, and masalas.

Mix well, add dalchinni, clove with coriander leaves, salt.

Put it a pan, and keep the pan on the hearth, and heat with oil and masala mixture.

Then make them small lemon size balls, and arrange in a plate, and serve.
