Recipe for Chinese Fried Drumsticks


  • Chicken Drumsticks 10
  • Lemon 3
  • Egg white 3
  • Corn flour ½ cup
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required

Cooking Directions

Wash chicken drumsticks in water.

Marinate chicken drumsticks with soya sauce, white vinegar, ginger garlic paste and salt.

Put the drumsticks in wok and allow cooking until water dries on a low flame.

Mix egg white, corn flour, chicken cube flour, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder and little salt in a bowl.

Dip one by one drumstick in prepared mixture and then cover it with the bread crumbs.

Deep fry the drumsticks until golden brown.

Dish out and Serve with chili sauce.
