Recipe for Pan-Fried Mango Chicken


  • Canola oil 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1 tsp
  • Chicken 1 (cut into 8 pieces)
  • Rice vinegar 2 tsp
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves 10
  • Mango 1 (cut into 1 inch pieces)

Cooking Directions

Fry chicken in oil and add curry powder, salt and black pepper.

Take a pan and add butter in it and melt it on high flame.

When butter melts then put chicken in it and let it cook till chicken get golden.

Now add garlic cloves cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes on medium flame.

Change the side of chicken and cook till the chicken cooked.

Take out the chicken pieces from pan.

Turn the flame on high heat and add chicken stock and rice vinegar.

Add mango chunks, mint and cook for a minute or two and serve.
