Recipe for Chicken Yogurt Roast


  • 4 Chicken Legs
  • Salt as per taste
  • Back pepper as per taste
  • 2- ½ Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 ½ Red chili crushed
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 1 Lemon Zest
  • 1 tsp Green Chili Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Green Coriander Chopped
  • 1 Zip Bag for packing

Cooking Directions

In a bowl, add chicken legs, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and mix it well.

In a zip bag, add yogurt, red chili, salt, garlic and mix it well.

Now add, marinated chicken legs, lemon zest and mix it well.

Now keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

After that, Oven bake for 35-40 minutes on 180 °C.

Your tasty Chicken Yogurt legs now ready to serve.
