• 2 & ½ Cup Maida
• 1 & ½ Cup Water
• 1 TSP Cumin
• 1 TSP Black Pepper Powder
• ½ TSP Carom seeds
• 2 Potatoes
• 1 Carrot
• 10 gm Peas
• 1 onion
• 2 Green Chilies
• 5 gm Green Coriander
• Salt (As Needed)
• 1 TSP Chat Masala
• TSP Ground Red Chili
• 1 TSP Coriander Powder
• 1 TSP Cumin Powder
• 200 gm Chicken

First of all, take a bowl. Add Maida, Salt, Black Pepper powder, Cumin Powder, Carom Seeds, Water and mix these all ingredients.

Keep this mixture aside for 15 minutes.

Next, take a bowl, add boiled potatoes, boiled carrots, boiled peas, Chopped onions, Chopped Green Chili, Green Coriander, salt, Red Chili Crushed, Chat Masala, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder and mix these ingredients well.

It’s time to make Square Samosa Dough. Apply Egg at this Dough.

Paste Boiled Spanish, Vegetable Paste, Boiled Chicken and roll it then cut it into ring shape.

It’s time for frying. Apply Maida Mixture (Maida Water) & fry these.
