Recipe for Hyderabadi Chicken


  • 500 g chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • Salt as needed
  • 2 Whole red chilies
  • 1 tsp ground red chili
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • ¼ Maida powder
  • ¼ Corn flour
  • 1 Egg
  • Half cup turmeric powder
  • Cooking oil as needed
  • 4 pieces Garlic
  • Half cup ketchup
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 10 Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Cooking Directions

In a bowel add chicken, ginger garlic paste, Salt, whole red pepper, Ground Red chili, turmeric, coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Maida, Corn Flour, Lemon juice and mix them well, then keep this mixture in fridge for 30 minutes.

Now take a pan, add cooking oil and marinated chicken, let it deep fry until it changes into golden brown.

In a pan add cooking oil , chopped garlic, ketchup, yogurt, soya sauce, fried chicken and cook it for 2 minutes.

Your tasty Hyderabadi chicken 65 is ready to serve.
