Recipe for Pasta Al Pomodoro


  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Parsley ½ cup
  • Bay leafs 1 to 2
  • Onion 1 (chopped)
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Tomato 2 – 3 (chopped)
  • Garlic 5 – 6 (chopped)
  • Olive oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • For spaghetti:
  • Spaghetti ½ packet
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp

Cooking Directions

Boil spaghetti with 2 tbsp of oil and boil it for 10 minutes.

Then darin and pass through water and grease it.

Wrap thyme and bay leaf in a cloth.

Fry onion in oil and add vinegar and cook it for 2 – 3 minutes.

Then add tomato, salt, garlic and cloth in pan and cover it.

Take another pan and put oil in it and fry prawns with ginger garlic paste.

Now add prawn in the pan and mix it well.

Now take out the cloth and add parsley in it.

Now dish it out and put spaghetti on platter then put batter.
