According to a global study, Telenor Pakistan has been ranked as the most socially devoted brand on Facebook in the country for the month of October.
The study was carried out by Socialbakers, which is a global social media and digital analytics company with customers in 75 countries.
According to the Q3 regional report released by Socialbakers, Telenor Pakistan’s Corporate Facebook page has shown the highest response rate for the month of October.
The average response rate is calculated by number of questions brands answered minus question that went unanswered on its Facebook wall. Telenor Pakistan’s response rate for the month of October stood at a staggering 93%.
Talking about the significance of social media, Director Marketing Usman Javaid said, “Social media is an important tool in engaging with the customers.
It gives us a chance to directly interact with our customer base and I am pleased to see that we are not only highly responsive but have been acknowledged for our efforts on a global level. We are committed to our customers and will continue to provide quality services through each and every channel available to us.”
Djuice, Talkshawk and Easypaisa also ranked 3, 4 and 5 respectively on the charts, further illustrating Telenor Pakistan’s commitment to customer care using the social media channel. Telenor Pakistan and its different brands have over 850,000 fans in total on Facebook and the average number of fans that are added every day is close to 680.
