• 800 gm Boneless chicken
• 1 cup Tomato puree
• 1/2 cup Brown onion paste
• 1 tsp Ginger paste
• 1 tsp Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Red chilly powder
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/2 cup Cooking butter
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/2 cup Fresh cream
• Salt to taste
• For Garnishing:
• few Green coriander springs
• green chilies

Apply 50gms of butter to the chicken pieces and cook in

Mighty wonder for 5 minutes on high.

Mix in a separate bowl all ingredients except fresh cream and coriander.

Add chicken pieces in the above mixture.Cook for 7 minutes and stir.

Add cream and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
