Islamabad: Setting aside Sindh police report into the killing of Mir Bakhtira Domki’s family the Supreme Court of Pakistan has directed the Inspector General Sindh police to produce a positive report into the killing.

An SC bench was hearing a case pertaining to Balochistan unrest.  Justice Shakirullah Jan annoyed over the report and asked IG Mushtaq Shah to personally look into the investigation.

Meanwhile, Attorney General Maulvi Anwarul Haq submitted to the SC a plea of ISI and Military Intelligence seeking hearing into their report on Balochistan in the judges chamber. The SC observed that it would decide the matter after going through the report.

The AG said that the SC was briefed by the agencies in the chamber during Karachi target killing case.
