Recipe for Macaroni


  • 3 Cups freshly boiled macaroni or spaghetti
  • 1 Cup canned green peas (drained and rinsed)
  • 4-6 seedless green chilies finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • 3-4 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 6-8 Cloves of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 leveled tsp garlic powder
  • 3-4 tablespoon cream cheese (or to taste)
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 ripe tomatoes (peeled and roughly chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

1. warm up oil in a heavy based wok.
2. Mix garlic and saute until slightly Golden.
3. Mix green chilies, peas, tomato paste and red chili powder. cook over low heat until Peas tenderize and the Gravy thickens.
4. Add oregano, chopped tomatoes, garlic powder. and salt.
5. Mix well all and cook uncovered over low heat for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring.
6. take away from heat and add macaroni and cream cheese and toss gently to thoroughly combine.
7. Check seasoning.
8. Dish out, garnish accordingly.
9. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
