Recipe for German Gollash Soup


  • Beef/Chicken 300 gm
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Onions 2 – 3
  • Potatoes 2 – 3
  • Parsley or coriander ½ bunch
  • Garlic cloves 4 – 5
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Paprika powder 2 tbsp
  • Butter 4 tbsp
  • Fine flour 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

Make small pieces of beef.

Now put beef pieces in a skillet with garlic cloves and onions for frying.

When the beef get tender and then add potatoes cube.

Then add tomato puree, paprika powder, salt, crushed black pepper and water as required, fry it until potatoes get tender.

When the potatoes get tender then add water as required, fry it to raise boil.

Then dish out and serve it with parsley and coriander.
