Job Description	Staff Required in Accounts (DPT) RESPONSIBILITIES WERE: · Receiving cheques. · Clearance of cheques . · Record clearance of cheque on zodiac machine. · Check utility bills · Data posting on computer · Issuing application form for cheque book. · Make reference card of customer. · Make record Of different vessels bills · To prepare JVS work · To maintain Remittance record and prepare R-Form · To prepare Bank reconciliation statement · To assist in Financing and Budgeting · To prepare Income Statement · To assist in preparing Statement of changes in equity · To assist in preparing Balance Sheet · To prepare Sales Tax, Income Tax & Withholding Tax files · E-filling of Income Tax ,Withholding Tax & Sales Tax · E-filling of Sales Tax Returns · To maintain various monthly bills record · Send important emails related to finance department · Assist Manager in all work related to finance. EDUCATION : DONE Bachelor degree or Master degree in any discipline . Salary : according to there work
