Job Description	ALHAMDULILLAH DREAMWORLD RESORT requires a HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR for the supervision and control of cleaning and servicing for its Room Division. Applicant must be at least BBA or equivalent or PITHM qualified with at least 8 years Rooms Division experience ot the related tield. Applicant should have excellent communication skills, wfih ability to quickly understand and resolve Guest’s requirements and complaints. He should have tair knowledge of computer usage. Applicant will also be required to be flexible regarding duty-timing. He will be expected to ensure proper servicing of rooms and adequate supply of cleaning materials. He will be expected to ensure that all defects are reported to the maintenance department on time. He will also be responsible for the lost and found items. Training of junior staff is of paramount importance. Only persons with past experience of hotel industry may apply.
