Job Description	Position: Engineering Support Specialist Location: Karachi, PK Timings: 1800 - 0300 PK Time. The Engineering Support Specialist/ Application Support Specialist will be responsible for assigning, monitoring, updating, and communicating status, as well as fixing and testing Engineering Support issues reported by internal and external customers.Duties:Key Responsibilities: •Monitor email for Engineering Support. •Updates JIRA in a timely manner •Process Engineering Support issues per performance targets. •Follow-up existing open issues, reporting status clearly and regularly until closure. •Make recommendations for improving Engineering Support/Application Support efficiencies on an on-going basis. •Work closely with cross-functional teams and serve as an advocate for Engineering Support/Application Support. •Perform hands-on testing as needed to verify/identify bugs as reported in Engineering Support and communicate the findings in the form tickets in JIRA. •Promote positive tone and high standards of quality within the group or department, and serves as a model to other team members •Adheres to 360training''s vision, values, and principles •Exhibits a positive and "can do" attitude towards peers, colleagues, and customers •Should able to get technical information from customers and inside departments, should be comfortable to conduct WebEx session with customers/reporters.
