Job Description	WE NEED STAFF OIL AND GASA ;unique opportunity for an experienced Account/ Client Relationship Manager to work from our Aberdeen office. Air Energi are a leading global Oil and Gas Manpower services Provider, supplying contract and permanent staff to the world’s largest exploration and production companies, EPC''s and consultancies. The business has been established for over 30 years and has operations in over 50 countries. As a market Leader, with numerous, strong relationships and contracts in place with the largest Operators and EPC’s, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to work closely with some of the worlds top Oil and Gas companies. The role involves: Using a confident, consultative approach, to proactively develop existing relationships within the account through strategic penetration. Focus on quality of delivery from internal Air Energi Stakeholders Maximizing delivery on opportunities won through the promotion of Air Energi’s suite of services. Working closely with interdependencies in the delivery of best practice and compliancy in tandem with targeted business development & in support of Global and Regional Client objectives. Work closely with the delivery teams to identify the best talent available What are we looking for? The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong conflict resolution and influencing skills. Applicants must demonstrate attributes such as motivated self starter, problem solver who is capable of investigating situations to obtain pertinent details in order to generate proposals for resolution accordingly. A good communicator, you will be ideally be experienced in Account Development to the Oil & Gas industry with a strong desire to succeed. You will be able to display a track record of exceptional Client Relationship Management experience and ideally have recruitment background within Oil and Gas or engineering.
