Job Description	Skills : Over the last 20 years, I have acquired accounting & financial skills by working in various functional roles. I have worked as an Accountant, Internal Auditor, Manager, etc. Description of Skils: A) Manual & computer based Bookkeeping: Recording of receipt, payment, invoice (purchase & sales). Party billing & payment record, Reconciliation of supplier’s account to supplier’s statement. Provision of payroll services, ( Salary, Wages, Security Fund, EOBI, Loan, etc.) Preparation of bank reconciliations. Credit control services. Record of Investment & Interest Record of Inventory B) Financial Statements: 1. Preparation of year-end statutory financial statements for audit. 2. Compilation of records & schedules in preparation for audit. 3. Liaising with auditors to ensure smooth completion of audit. 4. Firm secretarial compliance. C) Management Reporting: 1. Profit & Loss Account with appropriate comparison. 2. Balance Sheet. 3. Cash Flow Statement. 4. Comparison & Analysis of difference between actual result and budget. 5. Debtor & Creditors analysis. 6. Preparation of Inventory Control statement. D) Financial Planning: 1. Preparation of Annual Budget for allocation of finance with comparison. 2.
