Job Description	Position type: Full-time • Preparation of monthly finance sheet including: o Staff salaries sheet o Receiving and filing of bills o Preparing payables summary o Issuing salaries vis bank transfer and cheques for bill payments o Issuance of salary slips o Proper filing of bills with receiving and cheque’s copies o Check center /department MEDS • Issue approved invoices to contracted companies and with proper accounts’ documentation • Ensure timely receiving of payments from contracted companies • Check departmental variances • Accounting Functions: • Bank reconciliations • General Leder Entries • Maintain all vendor payment files • Maintain all Petty Cash Files
