Payment to vendor and reconciliation of ledger b. Collection of receivable and reconciliation of ledger c. Monthly bank reconciliation d. Petty Cash and bank payment vouchers posting e. Employees Payroll f. Checking all vouchers related to cash payment, cash receipts g. Bank receipts and payments. Purchase Voucher, Sales Voucher and Journal Voucher h. Preparation of monthly reports related to cash flow, bank position, expense details and payment approvals i. Generate Financial Statements j. All Income Tax and Sales Tax related matters k. Preparation of Profit Loss statement and Balance Sheet l. Proficiency in Quick Book Software m. Proficiency in written and spoken English
