Job Description	Export Documentation Executive from 07 Years. ? Responsibilities: ? Handled shipping documents timely and accurately. ? Experienced about contract, LC, sampling, bank dealing for documentation. ? Prepared export documents (Such as: I/V, P/L, C/O, B/L, PHYTO and other client-required documents) ? Experienced to deal with clearing agent, logistics/shipping line, and inspection co. ? Done customs procedures for export to follow on Weboc system. ? Drafting the daily, weekly, monthly reports such as collection, receivable, outstanding, over dues, etc and forwarding it to the top management. ? Database management (soft copies/hard copies)
