Job Description	Dealing with suppliers. · Implement procurement strategy and policies. · Forecast procurement needs. · Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications. · Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and get quotes from them in order to make cost comparison. · Review quotations. · Track Purchasing activity. · Analyze market and delivery system. · Assess present and future material availability and plan material purchase accordingly. · Order materials as per negotiated and appropriately approved price. · Negotiate contracts and formulate credit and supply policies with suppliers. · Build and develop relationships with key suppliers and customers for surplus/scrap material. · Ensure supplier compliance with site and company requirements for safety. · Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods with users, vendors and others to determine cause of problem and take corrective and preventative action. · Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying. · Maintain records of goods ordered and received. · Maintain procurement files. · Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs. · Liaise with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier. its an urgent requirement.
