Job Description	Key Responsibilities: The IDer will: · Work in collaboration with the Production team to create well organized, easy to understand and consistent web-based training using company styles and standards. · Work on the content management tool (LCMS). · Work with the team to develop storyboards by using the in-house application (LCMS). · Create and implement clean, effective, professional, visually appealing, and accessible user interfaces of online curriculum. · Use user interface concepts to create storyboards and scripts with ease of use, navigation paths and aesthetically pleasing online content for wide range of end users · Actively assist in improving the usability, usefulness, and desirability of 360training.com’s online courseware in collaboration with other development teams. · Work on multiple platforms · Quickly and accurately recognize performance/knowledge gaps. · Meet Quarterly Goals · Attend weekly department/POD meeting Requirement Knowledge/Skills: * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Flash knowledge will be a plus. * Highly creative. * Should have good knowledge of web-based training. * Ability to work in a team and as well as independently. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. * Highly organized and motivated. * Ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with constantly changing priorities.
