Recipe for COFFEE CAKE
Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. milk
- TOPPING:
- 1/3 c. Bisquick
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. butter
Cooking Directions
Grease round pan 9 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix ingredients. Beat 30 seconds.
Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 25
minutes or until brown.
