• 2 eggs
• 2 cup plain flour
• ½ cup sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tspn baking powder
• 1 tbspn butter
• 1 cup crushed dates

Beat eggs using egg beater just to mix egg yolk and white together for 2 mins.

Add sugar and mix in the eggs, add salt, butter and dates and mix again.

Mix baking powder in the flour and gradually add flour to knead the dough.

In the already greased baking pan spread the dough in the base and put in oven at 325 degrees F for 20-25 mins.
