• Sugar as per taste
• Salt 1 pinch
• Celery sticks 2(without leaves

Place the tomatoes in the Luke warm water for 2-4 minutes and peel off its skin. But remember most of the vitamins lie very close to the skin.(So its optional step)

Remove the strong fibers from celery stalk and chop them roughly.

In a food processor bring all the ingredients together and blend till smooth.

Filter them and serve chilled
