• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 cups Water
• 5-6 drops Green food colour
• 1 bottle Plain Soda
• 1 scoop Pista Ice-cream (optional)
• 1 cup Ice cubes

Boil Sugar & Water till the sugar dissolves & you get 1 string consistency syrup. Keep aside to cool completely.

Add Green food colour to the syrup & mix well.

In a tall glass, add 4 tbsp of green Syrup. Add Soda & mix once. Add 2-3 Ice Cubes & a scoop of Ice-cream. Serve immediately.
