Recipe for Pina Colada
Ingredients
- 4 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- freshly grated nutmeg
- Mint leaves
- 1\2 cup coconut cream
- 1\4 tsp. vanilla
- 4 fresh pineapple wedges
Cooking Directions
Put ice cubes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and vanilla in blender and blend until slushy. Pour into tall glasses.
Garnish with pineapple, mint and nutmeg.
