• Chicken drumstick with coriander
• Coriander sprigs 6 nos.
• Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp.
• Garlic(chopped) 2 flakes
• Fish sauce 2 tsps.
• Juice of one lime
• Salt to taste
• For Garnishing:
• Lemon wedges
• Spring onions

Add all the ingredients except chicken in a blender and coarsely grind to a
paste.

Cut slashes in the chicken.

Spread the paste over the chicken and marinate in cool place for 3 hours
turning occasionally.
4–Preheat the grill. Grill chicken, basting and turning occasionally, for about 10
minutes until cooked and golden.

Serve garnished with wedges of lime and spring onions.
